Cadw is delighted to have welcomed more trade visitors than ever before to its historic properties this year. If you haven’t signed up yet, simply register for the Cadw Tour Operator Scheme Group Bookings | Cadw (gov.wales) to access preferential trade rates, two complimentary places per group and reduced price Explorer Passes for your clients.

The new online booking system is running smoothly, but to help everything go even better on the day, we kindly ask all group leaders and guides to bring their QR booking codes when visiting Cadw sites. When you arrive, simply scan the code and confirm the number of visitors in each category (adults, seniors, juniors, and tour guides). It’s a quick step that helps our on-site teams welcome your group efficiently and ensures accurate invoicing. Please do remind your guides to have this information ready—it really makes a difference!

For any questions, please contact the Cadw Commercial Team.
