Day three

Start the day at Antur Stiniog, an uplift mountain bike centre in the heart of Blaenau Ffestiniog. With 14 trails to choose from including a 'green flow trail' for the novice rider, there is so much to offer here with views and facilities to match. The 'Black' trail is for the more experienced rider as it is unsurfaced and 'all natural' from top to bottom. Regarded as one of Europe's premier uplift venues, the centre has hosted Welsh and British Championship MTB events. Bike hire, an outdoor shop and café are available on-site.
