Vale Resort Spa hotel unveils refurbished, luxurious Executive bedrooms

Hot on the heels of the completion of its £100k spa upgrade, South Wales’ award-winning Vale Resort has completed the refurbishment of its collection of Executive bedrooms, bringing a luxurious, fresh new look to 34 bedrooms.

Inspired by the lush greenery surrounding the resort and its championship golf courses, the newly refurbished bedrooms have been designed to create a restful retreat that is both comfortable and indulgent; blending natural, earthy tones and textures with a calming palette for a luxurious, relaxing space.

Each of the Executive bedrooms now features rich walnut strip flooring, incorporating an acoustic layer for a peaceful, quiet night’s sleep. To complement the natural tones, curtains, throws and cushions were supplied by Skopos, with fabrics carefully selected in a variety of green hues, chosen for their tactile quality and comforting feel.

All bedroom furniture has been replaced with bespoke pieces in a stylish grey oak finish. From four poster beds and sofa beds to headboards, desks and coffee tables, every element has been crafted to harmonise with the room’s calming palette, with upholstered chairs and sofas echoing the same green tones and textures to bring the outdoors in.

The bathrooms, which had been refurbished recently, have been enhanced with new sensor lighting to provide a softer glow at night. As part of the Vale Resort’s continued collaboration with Elemis, luxury eco-friendly toiletries are available in every bathroom.

Set within 650 acres of Welsh countryside, the Vale Resort includes a 143-bedroom hotel, two championship golf courses, Wales’s largest spa and award-winning leisure facilities.
