Grove of Narberth and Pale Hall have been named in the UK’s Top 50 Boutique Hotels 2023. Placed at 13 and 31 respectively, the list is curated following votes by leading industry experts, travel writers, hoteliers and influencers.

The Grove, who also won the Best Service Award, is a peaceful retreat hidden within the countryside, just a short distance from Narberth and the Pembrokeshire coast. It has 25 bedrooms, each one uniquely designed to incorporate the feel of a traditional Welsh country house. It’s award winning Fernery Restaurant offers fine dining, whilst it’s Artisan Brasserie serves outstanding food. The judges said that the hotel was "beautifully restored" and gave praise to its ever-changing menu based on "fresh, seasonal produce inspired by the Grove’s walled kitchen garden."

The grand 5-star Palé Hall country house hotel features stunning internal features, including a hand painted ceiling. The hotel is located in Bala on the edge of Eryri National Park and received a Michelin Green Star for its sustainable, fine dining restaurant. The hotel has 18 bedrooms, which have been styled with luxurious individuality. The judges praised it for its “comfort and culinary indulgence” and its “relationships with local farmers, growers, fishermen and food producers.”
