Dining at Secret Garden, and looking out on the Pembrokeshire coastline

The Secret Garden
Their food is all about celebrating the best of the local landscape. Super fresh ingredients cooked simply in their wood fired kitchen and made for sharing. Organic wines, craft beer on tap, botanical cocktails and bar snacks are available. The Garden Bar is open daily.

The Smoke Shed located in the garden smokes sustainably sourced salmon, cured to an old recipe and then smoked over charcoal.

Wild Water Sauna
A Scandinavian mobile wood fire sauna is available for private hire or your clients can join a communal session. It can accommodate six to eight people and is located at beaches around Pembrokeshire to enable a fire and ice therapy with a dip in the sea to cool off after. Being mobile it can be brought to an inland location for a private event if required.

Hidden immersion
Hidden Routes will be launching a new exciting experience for the winter months. A total immersion into the Pembrokeshire landscape, local produce for the ultimate Welsh well-being experience. A morning half day bike ride in the Preseli's with their guides, descending down to Newport beach where your clients will be served a warming bowl of seaweed ramen using sustainably sourced seaweed from Câr y Môr in St Davids. Then to warm and soak their muscles in the Wild Water Sauna with its panoramic view of the Newport beach and sea. All rounded off with a mug of hot chocolate from Wickedly Welsh Chocolate made with Caringli local farm milk with a splash of Barti Rum. A short minibus ride back to the hotel and their cosy room awaits them before an evening meal in the Secret Garden.
