Darren and Sarah have owned the 4-star accommodation business in Mid Wales for the past seven years. Their dream has always been to create a home-away-from-home for guests, where they can immerse themselves in Mid Wales's beauty and partake in various outdoor activities. Sarah and Darren take pride in offering personalized services and creating bespoke experiences that cater to the diverse needs of their guests.

Accommodation Details

Accommodation is situated within a farming community on the edge of Hafren Forest, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Llyn Clywedog. The Hideaway overlooks green rolling hills and is located in an area renowned for its dark skies, perfect for stargazing, while sitting around the camp fire. Facilities include:

Four comfortable bedrooms, sleeping a total of 13 guests: two twin rooms, one room that sleeps five, and one room that sleeps four.
Six electric-pumped showers and five toilets. Each bedroom is allocated its own shower, with two for the larger rooms. We can also split the shower rooms into male and female, depending on the needs of the guests.
A cozy lounge with a wood burner, perfect for communal relaxation.
A dining room with stunning views across the valley and rolling hills.
A well-equipped kitchen where guests can chat with Sarah while she prepares their home-cooked meals.

All-Inclusive Packages

Accommodation: £75 per person, including refreshments throughout the day, breakfast, lunch, and a two-course evening meal.
Guided Walks: £180 for a full-day guide (up to 7 people; over 7 requires an additional guide).
Other Activities: Paddle Sports, Sailing, Archery, and Axe Throwing at £45 per person.
Foraging Experience: £100 per person for the day.
Chocolate Making Experience: Group price of £175.00 (max 14 people), suitable for ages 5+.
Truffle Making Workshop: Group price of £275.00 (max 14 people).
