Founded in 2012. Doesn’t seem that long ago. It isn’t really but plenty has happened. Across the world but also in our own home. North Wales has grown to be a real live worldwide tourist destination and so it should be.We have made our mission statement our constant mantra... ‘Celebrating the local produce, character and natural beauty of North Wales.’

We think we have done our fair share of celebrating. We think you should too.It has been so exciting to meet so many great producers, to recruit so many engaged and engaging hard working staff and to make friends of customers who continue to visit us week after week, year after year. We look to encourage visitors from all over the world to enjoy this special place. But also, we hope to have re-opened the eyes of many who have been lucky enough to live here throughout their lives.
