Taff Valley opened in 1992 and now has over 30 years experience in providing adventure activities to visitors in Wales, with a range of activities like.

Quad Biking - Junior sessions available for 7yo-11yo on a dedicated Children's Circuit and Adult sessions available for 12yo+ with a trek out through the countryside (taking in some stunning views as far as Western Super Mare to the Beacons). All Outdoors, in any weather more or less.

Archery - ages 8yo+ - try your hand at an Olympic sport with lots of tuition and fun scoring rounds. All Indoors.

Axe Throwing - ages 10yo+ - the latest craze and newest activity, with lots of tuition and fun scoring rounds. All Indoors.

Clay Pigeon Shooting - ages 16yo+ - try another popular Olympic sport with One-to-One expert tuition (from some that shoot for Wales!) a quality range and Beretta shotguns, experiencing shots from a variety of directions and enjoy it all under cover (any time of year).

Assault Course - ages 10yo+ - A great giggle getting completely wet and muddy on an army style Assault Course built along streams and woodlands on the farm with obstacles like climbing walls, plunge pools, rope swings, balance beams, rope bridges, tyre runs and more! Ideal for Teambuilding or Large Families (minimum 10 people required).

Gorge Walks in the Brecon Beacons and more. Located on a 340 acre working hill farm just outside Cardiff, easily accessed for anyone staying in South Wales, only 15mins from the M4 Motorway and close to Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Caerphilly, Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil, the South Wales Valleys and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Activities are available all year round (only closed on Xmas Day) and great for winter activities as some are indoors and others can take place in the typical bad Welsh weather anyway!

Suitable for families, couples, small and large groups, corporate groups, schools, colleges, youth services, alternative curriculum groups, scouts - anyone really!!

Taff Valley can help with all aspects of visiting Wales - guidance on accommodation, help to hire transport if needed, pointers for great food locations etc.

Taff Valley has a meeting room above its office that can be hired for small groups, with Wifi access and refreshments available. Taff Valley also has space in a large barn used for activities which can also be used for informal meets/presentations with guests seating on benches, with Wifi access and refreshments available. Taff Valley also has an informal meeting room in it’s booking in cabin, where groups can often discuss/meet before taking part in activities. We’re local to the University of Wales where there are very good modern conference facilities for groups of all sizes (with or without refreshments), where its then only a 5mins drive afterwards for activities at our centre.
