Glandyfi Castle

Glandyfi Castle is a Grade II listed, private hire, self-catering venue in Ceredigion, Wales, just 10 minutes from Machynlleth and close to the coast. Hidden behind the historic “Great Wall of Glandyfi”, the castle sits within 40 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, offering privacy alongside sweeping estuary views towards Aberdyfi. 

The castle sleeps up to 22 guests across 11 recently renovated bedrooms with 10 bathrooms. Inside, guests can enjoy a range of elegant and relaxed spaces including a Games Room, Media Room, Library, Pool Room, Drawing Room, spacious kitchen, and the impressive Grand Atrium dining room.

The Atrium features a statement table seating 22 guests for formal dining, and the space can be reconfigured to accommodate up to 50 guests for conferences, presentations, or larger gatherings.

Outdoors, the grounds provide space to explore and unwind, while the outdoor hot tub offers a luxurious spot to relax and take in the surrounding countryside and estuary views — perfect for a corporate retreat.
