About Aberyscir Coach House

Aberyscir Coach House sits in the grounds of our renovated Victorian Rectory. This is where the Rector kept his pony and trap, but now completely renovated providing a tranquil rural retreat for two people. There are panoramic views of Pen-Y-Fan and the Brecon Beacons. There are walks from the door up onto Aberyscir Common and for miles beyond. The park has Dark Sky status and looking at the stars from the swing seat is brilliant on a clear night. Dark Skies Wales holds star gazing experiences just 10 minutes away at the visitor centre.During the summer months native breed sheep graze our surrounding fields and there are fresh eggs from our hens. Dedicated EV charger (additional charge).Brecon is approximately 3 miles away for groceries and restaurants. The town of Hay on Wye famous for its literary festival is 15 miles away. Ideal base to visit the Royal Welsh Show, just a glorious 40 min drive over the hills.
