Harbourmaster

The Harbourmaster is situated on the harbour of the picturesque seaside town of Aberaeron. Boasting stunning harbourside views, guests can enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the most idyllic spots along the coast.

Accommodation is spread over 3 historic harbour-side buildings and includes 11 individually styled rooms in the iconic blue building. 7 rooms are housed in the main building of the Grade II listed former harbourmaster’s residence, including the much-loved attic Madona Suite, all with stunning views of the harbour or sea, and accessed via the wonderful spiral staircase.

4 spacious warehouse-converted rooms are available on the 1st floor of the historic trading building, featuring stylish bathrooms, comfortable sofas, and lift access.   These rooms comprise of the Aeron Queen suite with panoramic views and Juliette balcony; two outdoor terraced rooms – Martha Jane and John & Henry; and Gambia – a large accessible room with a wet room.

Additional self-catering accommodation is available in our pink double-fronted cottage, just steps from the main hotel, that sleeps up to 5 guests. The cottage includes a harbour-view master bedroom with ensuite and super-king-sized bed, a harbour-view bedroom with a king-sized bed and a cosy single bedroom.

Our Harbour View Apartment on the first floor of the ‘Lilac House’ on Aberaeron’s main street, just a short 5-minute walk from the main hotel can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment comprises of a master bedroom with king-sized bed and a twin bedroom, along with a family shower room and private parking for 1 car at the rear of the property. Free, on street parking is also available outside the property.

The hotel offers free parking for guests, but spaces are limited and are given on a first come, first served basis. The carpark also has 2 electric car charging points for your convenience.
