The unique character of this country house and its peaceful surroundings become clear immediately. It is just a 250-yard walk down a tree lined drive to the picturesque village of St. Florence and easy access to the amenities it offers including local shop, post office, park/playing fields and 2 public houses, as well as a range of walking/rambling routes which pass through the village.

Elm Grove has been owned by the Rees family for over 65 years and is personally run by Jane & Alan Rees-Baynes.
