Travel trade partners can now book BritRail passes for international clients through ACP Rail, providing a seamless way to include rail travel as part of Wales itineraries.

BritRail products are designed for non-UK residents and offer flexible travel across Great Britain’s rail network. Options include the BritRail Great Britain Pass, which provides access to National Rail services across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as regional products such as the South West & South Wales Pass, covering key routes between London, Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthen.

These passes allow clients to travel within 11 months of purchase and are available as mobile or paper tickets, with a choice of consecutive or flexible travel periods. Rail travel can also be combined with point-to-point tickets.

0-4 Years: Free of charge
5-15 Years: 1st child free , 50% off for 2nd child
16-25 Years: 20% off
60+ Years: up to 15% off

How to book

Travel trade partners can access BritRail products via ACP Rail using a range of booking options, depending on business needs:

  • Affiliate booking – seamless redirect from your website or within an email to ACPRail.com.
  • Agent platforms – agents can book through ACP Rail’s RailNet platform or the Agent portal. 
  • API integration – online travel agents and partners can connect directly to ACP Rail inventory for real-time availability and pricing. 

All booking routes provide access to Wales-focused rail products and include tracking and reporting functionality. All products are commissionable between 2% and 5%.
