The Cardiff story – told by its people
The brand new Cardiff Story museum opens its doors to the public for the first time on April 1. The Cardiff Story is very much a ‘come and touch’ museum, with state of the art galleries, a world-class learning suite and interactive exhibitions as well as other objects and stories that bring to life the history of the capital of Wales.
The museum tells Cardiff’s history through the eyes of those who made it – its people. Visitors will find it a great starting point for their visit, while residents will value it as a community resource. The new museum is in the Old Library, in The Hayes in the city centre, along with the city’s Tourist Information Centre.
