Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI), the hotel management consultancy behind some of Scotland’s most luxurious hotels, has expanded its ever-growing portfolio with the acquisition of a new property in Wales - Holm House in Penarth, close to Cardiff.
Managing Director of ICMI, Norbert Lieder, said: “We are delighted to welcome Holm House into the ICMI family."
ICMI is famous for transforming the reputation of hotels and advising on all aspects of hotel management from the kitchens, to interior design, to sales and marketing.
With top names such as Albert Roux OBE and John Green of John Green Communications on board, the team has grown to win national acclaim. They won the Hotel Consultancy of the Year Award at the Scottish Hotel Awards in both 2010 and 2011 and have won a plethora awards for their properties over the last two years.
Holm House in Cardiff is a 12-bed roomed boutique hotel which boasts stunning views across the Bristol Channel to the islands of Flatholm and beyond. The hotel is home to a luxury spa which includes a relaxation room with sea views; a gym and a large hydrotherapy pool.
Mr Lieder continued: “We are very proud of the current properties under our management. Inverlochy Castle in Fort William has retained its Michelin star for over 30 years; Rocpool Reserve in Inverness brought Scotland its first Chez Roux Restaurant and Greywalls boasts views over one of the most iconic golf courses in the country.
“We look forward to working with Holm House and to help it secure a bright and profitable future.”
