Le Gallois Joins Elite Restaurants
A Cardiff restaurant has been awarded three rosettes in the 2011
AA Restaurant Guide.
Le Gallois, a Welsh-French restaurant in Canton, Cardiff, has one
more rosette than the last time it was inspected for the guide in 2002.
Restaurant owner Francis Dupuy said: “We are thrilled to be adding another rosette to our name. I am incredibly proud of the Le Gallois team. These three AA rosettes are not only a testament to the high quality food we serve but also the talented team of staff we employ.”
The three rosette and above status places Le Gallois, which was established in 1999, in the top 10% of restaurants within the AA Guide.
Head chef Grady Atkins added: “Winning this accolade is a team effort and is down to the hard work of both the staff in the kitchen and those working out in the restaurant itself. This combined with the strong relationships we have built with local suppliers has resulted in our customers knowing that they can rely on us to deliver consistently delicious food which is of high quality.”
