Loving Welsh Food has created a Cardiff Food Safari which will run every Saturday in 2017 from 11:00 to 16:00 hours. Starting in Cardiff Castle and ending in Cardiff Bay, your clients will taste delicious foods whilst showcasing the city’s beautiful parks and key landmarks including the Principality Stadium 'the home of Welsh rugby', the National Assembly of Wales - Senedd and the Wales Millennium Centre.
Refreshing Welsh beers and ciders, intriguing Laverbread (Welsh caviar!) mouth-watering Cawl - Welsh broth, Welsh cakes, seriously good Welsh cheeses are amongst the tastes on the menu.
The wide variety of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and boutiques will
also be discovered on route.
Private tours can also be arranged in French, Italian, Spanish, German as well as English and Welsh.
Loving Welsh Food is run by Sian B Roberts. Sian has produced a range of Welsh cooking DVDs, “Coginio” (cooking in Welsh), and has worked for a number of years promoting Welsh food and drink. Sian speaks Welsh and English, French, Italian, a little German and has a smattering of Japanese. Sian began her career as a Tour Leader in Europe, and Loving Welsh Food is now combining her experiences in tourism, the media and Welsh food Promotion.
