To celebrate 30 years of Bodysgallen Hall becoming a luxury hotel in 1981, in advance of the anniversary celebrations we are offering a celebratory discount of 30 % off room only rates to anyone staying in November 2010, as well as January and February 2011.
A 17th Century country house, Bodysgallen Hall was purchased by Historic House Hotels in 1980. It was immaculately restored and opened as a hotel in 1981. Bodysgallen Hall, Hartwell House and Middlethorpe Hall were donated to the National Trust in 2008 will all profits benefiting the houses and the Trust.
Bodysgallen reconciles history with leading-edge luxury. It has 15 beautiful bedrooms in the Main Hall or – if you want more privacy – there are 16 cottages amongst 200 acres of gardens and sweeping parkland. There are two restaurants and award-winning Head Chef Gareth Jones is renowned for creating some of the most imaginative cooking in the principality. Our charming Maitre D’Hotel, Nicolette Musgrove has been with us since we first opened. The 1620 Restaurant provides a more informal atmosphere and has a private room for larger parties.
Bodysgallen is also home to the most exciting Spa in Wales and offers an opportunity to celebrate by pampering yourself with radiant Anne Sémonin and Decléor treatments.
The beautiful gardens offer stunning views over Conwy Castle and Snowdonia and Robert Owen, Head Gardener and Howie Williams, Assistant Gardener, have both been with the hotel for all of the thirty years.
This is a very happy hotel and with the Festive season not far off, now may be the time to plan a traditional Christmas with a Welsh twist. Bodysgallen Hall can truly offer a unique Christmas experience. We look forward to celebrating with you whenever you visit, but please book early to avoid disappointment.
