Chef Anand George pops up in Vale Resort this winter
Renowned Chef Anand George brings his unique brand of Nouvelle Indian cuisine to the Vale Resort this winter in a series of pop-up restaurant evenings.
A taster menu costing £45 will be offered on three nights at the Vale – November 15th and 16th and December 7th.
Paul Beddoe, the sales and marketing director of the Vale Resort said that Anand George was renowned across the UK as an innovative and top-level chef, describing him as “one of the brightest stars not only of the Welsh, but UK culinary scene.”
“We are always looking at new and innovative ways to provide something a little different to our guests and those who use our facilities,” he added.
Anand George is the chef patron of Cardiff’s award-winning restaurant the Purple Poppadom, which was named the Welsh Curry House of the Year 2012 and the Indian Restaurant of the Year in the South Wales Echo Food and Drinks Awards 2013.
