Call of the Wild Ltd were thrilled to win the Team Building Experience of the Year Award at the Conference and Incentive Travel Awards 2017 (C&IT).

The event is seen by many as the Oscars for the Conference and Incentive Travel industry.

The judges were impressed by the Elite Team Performance work with Worcester Warriors English Premiership Rugby Team. The team were seeking to improve their overall performance to ensure they retained their premiership status, which they achieved. The Judges said Call of the Wild was the outstanding choice due to the impact their work had for the client.

“We are absolutely delighted. To be chosen by the judges before larger UK wide organisations is excellent. When venues such as Berlin, Geneva, Las Vegas and Lisbon are winning awards at the same event it puts into perspective how big this award is on a global stage. It is also important for us as we were the only Welsh winners. It illustrates that our work in the fields of management training, team building and leadership development is recognised as some of the best in the country,” explained Geraint Lewis, Managing Director.

Editor of the C&IT Magazine, Susie Harwood "The C&IT Awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the best B2B events delivered in the UK and overseas by top brands and their agencies.

From inspiring international incentives in far-flung destinations, to innovative internal communications conferences designed to engage and motivate employees, the C&IT Awards showcase best practice and innovation in events.”
