Lolfa Lounge

Blas Restaurant, located at Twr y Felin Hotel in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, will welcome its first guests in November 2015.

Offering a menu influenced by the season and locality, with dishes designed to reflect Wales and its produce; Blas, which means “taste” in Welsh, will use ingredients sourced from predominately Pembrokeshire and Welsh suppliers, whenever possible.

The bedrooms will be available from January 2016 and offer luxury accommodation in the spectacular coastal location of St Davids, just a 10 minute walk from the world renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path and breath-taking beaches. In addition to Blas Restaurant, Twr y Felin Hotel will feature Oriel Lounge, the perfect place for relaxed lunches and afternoon teas and Cornel Bar, a pre-dinner art lover’s snug.

Meticulously restored and extended, the former windmill tower will be a contemporary art hotel, featuring over 100 original art works commissioned to represent the St Davids peninsula and Pembrokeshire by twelve international artists. Throughout the hotel, the artworks will create a stimulating and bespoke space to dine and relax.
