More than forty talented chefs will join a star studded line up of chefs and experts sharing their passion for food at Abergavenny food festival this September.
Arun Kapil of Green Saffron will bring flavours from Asia, Malaysian from Norman Musa, contemporary Korean from Busan BBQ masterminds Da-Hae and Gareth West and Persian delights from Simi Rezai. The best Southern American barbecue the UK has to offer will be brought to the festival by the award winning Hang Fire Smokehouse duo Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn and Lockhart London's Brad McDonald.
From Europe there will be more Spanish offerings to accompany José's Pintxos in the form of Owen Morgan's Spanish charcuterie demonstrations, modern Polish from Zuza Zak and Eleonora Galasso will show how to do as the romans do.
And this is just the beginning.
The award winning festival takes place all through the town and now exhibits over 200 of the finest food and drink producers, a variety of expert demonstrations, discussions, pop ups and a line-up of outstanding and well-known chefs, welcoming over 30,000 visitors to the beautiful market town each year.
The festival takes place this year on the 17 & 18 September (2016).
